Investment & Process

We don't quote from a price list.
We quote from your project.

NO FIXED PACKAGES — SCOPE-BASED FEES, EXPLAINED BELOW

Every studio that publishes flat packages is pricing the average client. We price the actual shoot, the sector, the format, the deliverables, and how often you need us. This page walks through how that works, so you can budget realistically before we ever get on a call.

A single portrait session and a season-long hospitality campaign are not the same discipline. They shouldn't carry the same fee.

A price list would either overcharge the simple job or undercharge the complex one. A hospitality client needing one seasonal hero film and an industrial client needing quarterly documentation of a production floor are both real projects. They don't share a scope, a crew size, or a timeline, and shouldn't share a price.

So instead of a catalogue, we work from four variables that shape every quote the same way, every time. Once you know them, you can already estimate roughly where your project sits before we speak — that's the point of this page.

The Variables

02 — DELIVERABLES

What you walk away with

One hero film versus a hero film plus a set of reels plus a full photo bank. Every additional cut, format, or asset is scoped and priced individually — never bundled blind.

Four questions determine the fee. Nothing else does — not the size of your logo, not the size of your company.

01 — FORMAT

Photo, video, or both

A photo-only session, a video-only shoot, or a combined day producing both stills and motion from the same setup. Combined shoots cost more than either discipline alone, but less than booking them separately.

04 — SECTOR

Corporate, hospitality, NGO, or prestige

Each sector has a different production rhythm and a different bar for craftsmanship — a private bank's evergreen feed is not built the same way as a tourism board's seasonal campaign.

What actually shapes the investment

03 — CADENCE

One-off, seasonal, or quarterly

A single session is priced per shoot day. A recurring library — built quarterly for corporate clients or seasonally for hospitality and tourism — is priced as an ongoing partnership with its own rhythm.

Three Altitudes of Engagement

Where your project sits on the mountain

We don't publish numbers, but we can show you relative weight. Each altitude carries more crew time, more deliverables, and more planning than the one before it, that's what moves the fee, not a menu.

Summit Partnership

Quarterly / Seasonal Retainer

Recurring production that compounds — every shoot adds to a growing library instead of starting from zero. This is content treated as infrastructure, not a one-off expense.

  • Quarterly shoots (corporate/institutional) or seasonal shoots (hospitality/tourism)

  • Hero films, reels, evergreen photo bank, and vodcasting over time

  • A single creative direction maintained across every cycle

Best for: brands who never want to start a shoot from a blank page again.

Base Camp

Single Session

One day, one location, one story told well. The entry point — and often the way a new client sees how we work before committing to more.

  • Photo or video, occasionally both in a light combination

  • One narrative moment — an event, a portrait set, a product story

  • Fast turnaround, no ongoing commitment

Best for: a first collaboration, a proof of concept, or a one-time need.

Ridge Line

Campaign

A multi-day or multi-location shoot built to produce several deliverables from one coordinated production — the most common starting point for brands ready to invest properly.

  • A hero film, a set of reels, and a photo bank — from the same shoot

  • Combined photography and cinematography, one crew, one direction

  • Built around a launch, an anniversary, or a single seasonal moment

Best for: a rebrand, a launch, or a tourism season's flagship campaign.

How a Quote Actually Happens

Four steps, in order

01

Discovery Call/Meeting

We understand your goals, your sector, and what you already have — no scope is drafted before this.

02

Scope Draft

We translate your goals into format, deliverables, and cadence — the four variables from above, made concrete.

03

Tailored Quote

We understand your goals, your sector, and what you already have — no scope is drafted before this.

04

No Surprises

Nothing is added mid-project without a conversation and a written adjustment first.
